You can only log in to your account on one device at a time. Trying to log in to a second device will prompt the "You are already logged-in from another computer..." notification. The same applies to logging into different platforms. Our three platforms are the app, website and desktop software.
It's likely an interruption of the session between our software and the server.
For our app or website, log out once your session is over:
Mobile app (Android or iOS)
Website
Desktop software (Windows or Mac)
Our desktop software no longer has a logout option. When you close the software, the logout process automatically occurs.
