If you won a package or seat to a live event but you can't see your details, contact live@pokerstarslive.com.

To get more details after your next tourney win, go to the main lobby and select:

• Settings → Gameplay → Advanced → Receive Congratulatory Emails

 

What's Day 1A and Day 1B of a live event?

Day 1A and 1B are parts of the same first day: Day 1.

There are too many players to play on one day. That's why we've split the first day into two starting days: 1A and 1B.

The remaining fields of players from both Day 1A and Day 1B will play together on Day 2.

 

How do I collect a tournament ticket at the venue?

Get to the venue at least one hour before your start day begins and with a valid photo ID. Once there, head to the ticket collection desks and they'll help you out.
