How can I increase or lower my limits?

If you decrease the limit, the change will take place immediately.

If you increase or remove it, we will approve the change in 24 to 48 hours, depending on your location.

 

What does 'DON'T PLAY (restrict all) mean?

Selecting 'DON’T PLAY (restrict all)' blocks access to the selected game type.

• You will not be able to play those games
• Other game types remain unaffected

 

When are limit changes applied?

• Decreases take effect immediately
• Increases or removals are approved within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your location

 

How do I remove or change the existing restriction?

You can update or remove limits at any time using the same menu where you applied them.
