HAPPY BELLIE (5) showed immediate talent in two runs last campaign and has been runner-up in both recent trials. Stable banking money for fun of late and this suits first up. BASTET (2) has been competitive in two trials to date and draws ideally on debut. Finds the right jump off race to play a major role. TASSAAL (6) has displayed plenty of ability at the trials and has been well supported in early betting. Big threat. THE NETBALL QUEEN (7) the best of the rest in the small field.

Dual acceptor. First starter. Three-year-old filly by Star Witness out of Dixie Dreams. At the most recent trial finished fourth at Newcastle over 850m. Doubt she will make an impression here so prepared to risk.

Second-up. First-up after six months made some head-way from midfield; 3rd of 10 at Scone Super Mdn on February 6 over 1000m, 2 len behind Listins Lass with 54kg at $3.90. Previously second-up made ground from midfield; 2nd of 11 at Hawkesbury Super Mdn-Sw on August 22 over 1100m, 0.5 len behind Wave Breaker carrying 56kg at $19. Fitter and is a leading contender.
