REBELS (4) looks beautifully placed here after a couple of respectable runs in Class 1 grade, the latest at Moonee Valley, when only beaten 3.8 lengths. Gets well in after the 3kg for a young jockey who had made a good start to her career and is presented with a favourable alley in three. ESKIMO (1) does have to lump 63kg but comes here off a Moonee Valley placing in BM64 grade and had been good at his previous two runs as well. COSMIC COCO (2) strips fitter after two runs from a spell and gets every chance to play a key role from gate two. QUEEN BEIRA (10) needs to be respected after her last start win but that was only win No 2 from 18 starts so now faces the challenge of stringing together two in a row.
